With over 20 years of global leadership, coaching and business management experience, I aspire to coach others who wish to grow their leadership and career capacity and transform their business. 

I received my coaching certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara. It was an exciting opportunity to continue to grow as a coach, develop skills in an area I am deeply passionate about, and continue to fuel my appetite for learning.

I am an accredited Senior Practitioner coach with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).

I have led global operations and project teams across people operations, finance, customer service, process management, fraud prevention and field services.  My goal is to provide clients with the space and support to explore and assess what may be getting in the way of them achieving their goals, and work in partnership with them to build a plan to overcome those obstacles. 

I have spent my career leading teams across many cultures and locations such as Europe, Brazil, India, Canada, Singapore, with a particular career highlight being 8+ years leading teams in the USA when based in San Francisco.

Growing business operations and people is my passion and my coaching philosophy is centered around the premise of supporting you to achieve your goals.

I grew up in Dublin, Ireland and have a Masters degree in Business and Sociology from Trinity College (Ireland) and a postgraduate diploma in Legal Studies. I recently continued my learning journey by undertaking a Professional Diploma in Organisational Change and Transformation in UCD Smurfit Business School (2022). 

I value learning, adventure, independence and relationships and am passionate about travel, reading, cooking, family and friends. Traveling and exploring different cultures is a must for me, the highlight being backpacking around the world for a year in 2008/09, spending time in 16 countries.
